Overall, from the early part of the year to its end, I have seen a company that has taken initiative to bring about positive change, to bring in outside training and to develop in-house training for its crews and for its supervisors. They are not afraid to try new things, and they are ready to pull up their sleeves and make it happen. They set a goal for themselves for COR™ compliance in the spring and they achieved it by the end of the year of 2018.
